Your subtotal includes bartender labor, bar-backs, add-ons, rentals, no-tip-jar gratuity, travel, delivery/site fees, and signature cocktails. Texas sales tax of 8.25% is applied to the subtotal, and a 20% service/setup charge is applied only to add-ons, rentals, and delivery—not to bartender labor.
