### How is my quote total calculated?

Your subtotal includes bartender labor, bar-backs, add-ons, rentals, no-tip-jar gratuity, travel, delivery/site fees, and signature cocktails. Texas sales tax of 8.25% is applied to the subtotal, and a 20% service/setup charge is applied only to add-ons, rentals, and delivery—not to bartender labor. Card processing is 3% on the subtotal plus tax and service charge. For beer, wine, and non-alcoholic service, we plan one bartender per 100 guests and add a second bartender starting at 101 guests. Cocktail hour requires a minimum of two bartenders. Bartending starts at $50 per hour per bartender, and a bar-back is added at $40 per hour when multiple bars or glassware rentals require it. If you prefer no tip jar, a $100 gratuity per bartender is included."

A one-hour delivery or pickup window is $85 each; after-hours before 9 AM or after 5 PM is $65 each. Long carry and stairs or elevator access are $45 each."
